DADS CREEK FIRE; GLENDALE, Ore. - A Level 1 - "BE READY" evacuation notice remains in effect this morning for some homes near the Dads Creek Fire, burning on Lower Cow Creek Road near Glendale. In coordination with structural and wildland fire agencies, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office has issued the Level 1 evacuation notice for all addresses between 30482 - 31302 Lower Cow Creek Road.
A Level 1 - "Be Ready" Evacuation notice means residents should be aware of the danger that exists in the area, monitor emergency services websites and local media for information, and begin preparation. This is the time for precautionary movement of persons with special needs, mobile property, and, under certain circumstances, pets and livestock. If conditions worsen, emergency services personnel may contact you via the emergency notification system.
