Crater's Josiah Tostenson celebrates as he crosses the finish line to win the OSAA Class 5A 1,500-meter state championship on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Hayward Field.

Coming around the final bend of the Class 5A 1,500-meter race on Saturday afternoon, Crater’s Josiah Tostenson held a small lead on teammate Tayvon Kitchen.
