“Coraline” is having quite a year, which is particularly impressive since the animated movie originally opened in 2009. The first feature from Hillsboro’s Laika studio is celebrating its 15th anniversary, with a party that has far included “Coraline’s Curious Cat Trail,” an installation of 30 cat statues decorated by artists, which are placed in locations around Portland. The final day to see the statues in their locations around the city is Thursday, Oct. 10. The cats will be auctioned off on Oct. 30, as a fundraiser for OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
