Lead our team and deliver exceptional service to our fiber internet community. Beacon Broadband, part of the Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative family, is seeking an experienced leader to manage our Customer Service and Technical Support team in Brookings, OR.
The Role:
Supervise and develop customer service and technical support staff. Troubleshoot fiber internet issues, lead complex customer situations, and drive continuous improvement. Balance people leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure our members get the support they deserve.
Qualifications:
2+ years customer service or technical support experience
2+ years supporting internet, networking, or telecom services
Strong technical knowledge of fiber internet systems
Leadership and coaching abilities
Valid Oregon driver's license
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in IT/Telecom, fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) experience, rural broadband or cooperative background
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM (flexibility for peak periods and critical issues) | Location: Brookings, OR
