The City of Coos Bay Council will meet on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 – 6:00 PM, Council Chambers - 500 Central Avenue, Coos Bay. Agenda: 1. Flag Salute; 2. Public Comments. The Public Comments period is intended for the public to share ideas and concerns; it is not intended for an interactive discussion with Council. There may be opportunities for public comments during specific agenda items that require a Public Hearing, members of the public are requested to confine their remarks to questions or issues under discussion during this time. During ANY designated comment period, individuals shall not engage in personal attacks, shall not impugn the motives of any speaker, and shall at all times, while in session conduct themselves in an appropriate manner. No person shall make personal, impertinent, slanderous or unauthorized remarks or become boisterous while addressing the Council. Agenda: a. Public Comments; 3. Consent Calendar: a. Acceptance of May 2025 Financial Reports and Check Register; b. Adoption of Resolution 25-17 Extending Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage to Volunteers; c. Adoption of Resolution 25-18 Authorizing Inter-fund Borrowing and Loans; d. Consideration of Resolution 25-19 Supporting the TGM Code Assistance Grant Application for: a Downtown Parking Reform and Management Project. e. Consideration of Resolution 25-20 Supporting the TGM Code Assistance Application for the “Coos Bay Walk, Bike, Connect” Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan; f. Consideration to Accept Oregon State Marine Board Small Grant and Adopt Resolution 25-21 Appropriating the Grant Funds; g. Consideration to Accept Department of Emergency Management Grant for Police Radios and Adopt Resolution 25-22 Appropriating the Grant Funds; 4. Presentation: a.
