Public Comment; Review of the Upcoming City Council and URA Board Action Items: a. Presentation on the Water Quality Collection System Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Efforts; b. Discussion of Fire Department Mitigation Rate Ordinance; 3. Executive Session - An Executive Session will be held pursuant to ORS 192.660(f) to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection. 4. Adjourn.
