Description
Coos Bay and North Bend will roll out the red carpet once again to welcome the OSAA 3A Boys and Girls State Basketball Championship Tournament, March 6 - 8, 2025. Teams from 16 schools will gather here, bringing along their coaching staff, families, and fans from across the state!
Planning is in high gear as the VCB has been securing team window sponsors and preparing for the tournament. We are busy collecting items to put in coaches’ bags for the teams attending the annual 3A Basketball Tournament. Donated items can include restaurant discounts, promo items, snacks, water, and other goodies. Donations are still needed! If you would like to donate items, we have 16 bags to fill (one for each team). Drop off items at the Coos Bay Visitor Center at 50 Central Avenue. If you are unsure if your item is appropriate for the bags, please contact me with questions. Deadline to drop off your items is Friday - February 28, 2025.
Tournament welcome signs will appear on reader boards all over both communities. If your business has a reader board, we ask that you put "Welcome 3A Basketball Teams" on your business reader board sign from March 5 to March 8, 2025.
Basketball tournament posters will also be available for storefront windows. These 11x17 posters are colorful and show our support of the tournament. Posters will be available for pick up the week prior to the tournament at the Coos Bay and North Bend Visitor Centers, or reach out to me and I will arrange to bring one to you.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for supporting the 3A OSAA State Basketball Championships!
