WASHINGTON — Facing a government shutdown deadline, the Senate rushed through final passage early Saturday of a bipartisan plan that would temporarily fund federal operations and disaster aid, dropping President-elect Donald Trump’s demands for a debt limit increase into the new year.

The officer used LiDAR to confirm the BMW's speed and received a reading of 118 miles per hour. The officer was able to stop the vehicle and found the driver had 3 other people in the car with him. 27 year old Shreyas Nataraj, of Hillsboro was arrested for Reckless Driving and 3 counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person.
