The Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to congratulate our current Board President, Tracy Pierce, on her new role as Community Relations Manager at Star of Hope.

Tracy has been a driving force in our community for many years, dedicating her time, talent, and leadership to organizations and causes that make Oregon’s South Coast stronger. Her commitment to service is evident in the many roles she continues to hold throughout the community and within the Chamber.

Over the years, Tracy has served on nearly every Chamber committee and continues to wear many of those hats today. As a dedicated Chamber Ambassador, active Leadership Coos committee member, and passionate advocate for local businesses and community engagement, she has consistently stepped forward wherever help was needed. From welcoming new members and mentoring emerging leaders to supporting business development, legislative initiatives, and special events, Tracy’s impact can be felt throughout our organization and across the South Coast.

As a respected community leader, Rotarian, Lions Club member, mentor, volunteer, and advocate, Tracy embodies the spirit of service that helps our communities thrive.

We are excited to see her bring that same dedication, enthusiasm, and heart for community to Star of Hope Coos and Curry. We know she will make a meaningful difference in this new role and continue building connections that strengthen our region.

We are pleased to welcome Tracy Pierce to Star of Hope as our new Community Relations Manager.

Tracy is a familiar and respected presence in Oregon’s Bay Area, with a long history of community involvement, business engagement, and local leadership. Through her work with NW Natural, the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce, South Coast Development Council, Leadership Coos, and other community efforts, Tracy has built strong relationships across Coos Bay, North Bend, Charleston, and the broader South Coast.

Her background includes community affairs, marketing, banking, timber, government relations, and business development. She brings practical experience, local knowledge, and a clear understanding of how strong partnerships help organizations serve their communities well.

At Star of Hope, Tracy will support community outreach, public relations, donor and sponsor engagement, events, communications, and partnership development. Her work will help us strengthen how we share our mission, celebrate the people we support, and connect with the community that makes our work possible.
