Congratulations are in order for our two newest Corrections Deputies.  Deputy Cameron Davis and Deputy Isiah Opperud completed the training necessary to graduate from the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) academy on Friday April 11th, 2025.  Deputies Davis and Opperud spent 6 weeks learning more about the career they have chosen to embark on.  Statutory requirements, case law and best practices are among the many segments of instruction they participated in while at DPSST.  While focusing on their successful completion, both deputies volunteered to participate in the class honor guard.  Additionally, Deputy Davis stepped up to fill the role as the lead honor guard member.
