City of North Bend release - After completing an intensive 16-week training program, Officer Croff has demonstrated exceptional dedication and determination. His graduation from the police academy marks a significant milestone in his law enforcement journey, preparing him to serve the North Bend community with honor and integrity. Officer Croff will now enter the next phase of his development: in-house field training alongside our experienced officers. This critical stage bridges classroom instruction with real-world policing, giving him the opportunity to apply his academy training while gaining valuable hands-on experience. The graduation ceremony was attended by family, friends, and fellow officers, including Chief Mitts, Captain Perry, and Officer Jaehnig, all of whom were present to show their support and encouragement. We are proud to welcome Officer Croff back to North Bend and look forward to supporting his continued growth and service to our community.
