Springville Road Closure – Phase 4
• From: July 7, 2025
• Until (estimated): September 5, 2025
• Closed section: Between Samuel Drive and Joss Avenue, including access to PCC Rock Creek Campus. No through traffic is allowed—local access only.

🚗 Recommended Detours
For vehicles:
Use 185th Avenue, West Union Road, Bethany Boulevard, and Kaiser Road.
For bikes and pedestrians:
Use Joss Avenue, Swiss Lane, and 170th Avenue.
Note: There is no vehicle access at the 170th Avenue/Springville Road intersection.

ℹ️ About the Project
• This is Phase 4 of the Springville Road improvement project between 185th Avenue and Kaiser Road.
• It includes widening the road to three lanes, adding protected bike lanes, sidewalks, and street lighting.
• Two local stream culverts will be replaced to improve water quality and allow wildlife passage.
• Construction began in July 2024 and is expected to be completed in December 2025.

From July 7 to September 5, 2025, Springville Road will be closed between Samuel Drive and Joss Avenue, including access to PCC Rock Creek Campus.
Local access only will be allowed. Please plan to take alternate routes: 185th Ave → West Union Rd → Bethany Blvd → Kaiser Rd (vehicles) and Joss Ave → Swiss Lane → 170th Ave (bikes/pedestrians).
