Description

Multnomah County has prepared emergency cold weather shelters in three new locations for the 2024/25 winter. The Hollywood shelter is seen here hours before it first opened on Feb. 4, 2025.

With lows in the 20s predicted Monday night and for several nights running, Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties will open cold weather shelters.
