🚨 Cocaine Possession🚨  
  
On May 28, 2025, at approximately 2:37 PM, Sergeant J. Gray conducted a traffic stop on a Silver Mazda CX-9 at the intersection of Cape Arago Highway and Henderson Lane in Coos Bay. The driver, Amber Garduno, age 36, was stopped for failing to maintain her lane while crossing the Charleston Bridge.  
  
During the stop, Parole and Probation Officers arrived with their K-9 partner, Katy, who alerted on the vehicle. A subsequent search revealed three small bags containing traces of cocaine and seven cut straws used for narcotics. A SCINT detective assisted with the investigation. Amber was released that day pending further review of the case.  
  
On June 2, 2025, following the investigation’s conclusion, Sergeant Gray located Amber at the Port of Charleston and arrested her for Possession of Cocaine. She was transported to Coos County Jail, where she was booked and released.
