Description
On Friday at 1:11 a.m. a coastal flood advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. for Clatsop County Coast and Tillamook County Coast.
"Tidal overflow flooding expected," adds the weather service. "The tidal gauges at Toke Point and Astoriahave forecast tides of up to 11.2 feet, while the tidal gauge at Garibaldi has a forecast tide up to 10.7 feet."
