Tyler Jaggers, a U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmer, was injured Feb. 27 during a medical evacuation.

The U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmer from Astoria who was injured in a “tragic” incident during a rescue last month has died, according to the Coast Guard Helicopter Rescue Swimmer Association.
