Description

A canner dropped off cans at the Delta Park BottleDrop in May 2025 using a green bag, which requires an account. He says he gets about $8 per bag. “It buys a whole lot of sandwiches,” he said.

The BottleDrop redemption center at Portland’s Delta Park in North Portland is set to close Friday, leaving a very large gap in the city’s bottle and can redemption infrastructure.
