Description
On Monday at 6:31 a.m. a high wind warning was released by the National Weather Service in effect until 1 p.m. for Clatsop County Coast and Tillamook County Coast.
The weather service says to prepare for, "South winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph."
