A Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office jail deputy was arrested Thursday morning in an Oregon City police investigation “into conduct that occurred while off duty,” the sheriff’s office said in a statement.
Benjamin Lyman was booked into Clackamas County Jail on charges including criminal mistreatment, strangulation, harassment and interfering with making a report, according to the statement. He’s being transferred to Marion County Jail.
