Craig Roberts and Tootie Smith — both Molalla High School graduates who went on to become fixtures of Clackamas County politics — faced off in a Nov. 5 rematch after neither won 50% of the vote in the May primary.

Clackamas County Chair Tootie Smith appeared to be losing her bid for reelection to retired Sheriff Craig Roberts, according to partial results tallied Tuesday night.
