Craig Roberts told those gathered that he will prioritize mental health and substance abuse treatment, saying county residents “are counting on us to move forward with a sense of urgency.”

Craig Roberts, the former Clackamas County sheriff, was sworn into office Monday as Clackamas County chair in a ceremony attended by a who’s who of county politicos.
