Description

Clackamas County's public services building. Fifty-nine people applied for the open seat on the board of commissioners. Former Commissioners Mark Shull and Ken Humberston did not make the cut for the $130,213-a-year-post.

The Clackamas County Board of Commissioners on Thursday rejected two former commissioners as members picked five finalists for the seat vacated by Melissa Fireside, who stepped down this year amid felony theft charges.
