Former Oregon football coach Chip Kelly is reportedly headed to Las Vegas to join new head coach Pete Carroll’s staff as Offensive Coordinator of the NFL Raiders. Kelly, who previously served as an NFL head coach at Philadelphia and San Franciso, was also a head coach at UCLA and more recently the OC for the National Champion Ohio State Buckeyes.
