From nostalgic pop to fairground favorites, our summer music lineup is packed with chart-toppers and feel-good vibes. It all begins at 7 p.m. on July 10 at Monteith Riverpark with the return of River Rhythms—kicking off with none other than Tiffany! The ‘80s pop icon behind the hit “I Think We’re Alone Now” is bringing her powerhouse vocals and high-energy show to the riverbank. The concert is free, with a $1 donation appreciated. The Coos Bay Public Library recently received funding from the South Coast Regional Early Learning Hub to expand our board book and picture book collections. As part of the grant, we added 75 picture books and 143 board books to the collection! Be sure to check out our new books, which feature both a wide range of topics and titles by diverse authors which support early learning. 📖✨
