Customers say CenturyLink promised never to raise prices, and then did so anyway.

Two CenturyLink customers who say the internet provider broke its “Price for Life” guarantee will each receive $8,000 from the company in a legal settlement. Four other Oregon customers are continuing to pursue separate claims.
