Description
A 1-year-old girl was hit by a car and killed near Aumsville in rural Marion County on Saturday, authorities said.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office said the “vehicle versus pedestrian crash” happened shortly before 8 p.m. on private property. The girl was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after deputies and paramedics arrived.
