Buying 3 Oregon islands at auction may cost less than you think

Seal bids for three small islands in the Umpqua River are due June 3 by auction company Realty Marketing/Northwest.

Three islands totaling 20 acres in the Lower Umpqua River will be offered to the public for the first time through an auction by their owner, timber company Roseburg Forest Products.
