Description

Riley and Ty Richardson's house in Burns was flooded Saturday, March 29. Now that the water has receded, Richardson has been busy tearing out the floors.

Burns avoided a second wave of flooding this week despite concerns that parts of the recently flooded eastern Oregon city could once again be swamped, officials said.
