On October 9th at about 7 a.m., a Lane County Sheriff’s deputy located a suspicious vehicle blocking a driveway in the 33300 block of Selby Way, east of Coburg. The deputy observed firearms inside the vehicle. At the same time, area residents reported a male walking through yards in the rural area. Deputies located the male, identified as Tanner Keading Bell, 27, of Albany. Bell was armed with a handgun, but was detained without incident. After additional investigation, deputies determined Bell had burglarized an area residence. Bell was arrested and lodged at the Lane County Jail for the following charges: - Burglary in the 1st Degree; - Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; - Criminal Trespass with a Firearm; - Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree; - Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle.
