Skewered meats ready for carving at Fogo de Chão in Portland. The Brazilian steakhouse chain is expanding to the Portland suburbs next week.

Fogo de Chão, the Brazilian steakhouse chain that arrived in downtown Portland in 2014 “like a Maserati parked near a row of Subarus,” will open its first suburban Portland restaurant next week.
