Boardman’s new Bailey Park subdivision features a collection of colorful, two-story starter homes, each with a porch that cries out for a rocking chair. Designed to evoke the small-town idyll of prewar America, developers named the neighborhood in this tiny eastern Oregon town for George Bailey, the hero of “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
