The skull for a display of blue whale bones arrives for permanent display at Hatfield Marine Science Center in Newport, Oregon.

NEWPORT – Nothing is simple when you’re trying for the first time to erect a metal framework 15 feet off the ground to cradle the skeleton of a 70-foot-long blue whale.
