A Portland Fire Marshal's Office training video shows fire inspector Jason Wilson sitting at the back of the office, according to the litigation.

A Black fire inspector who sued after being passed over for lucrative advancements at the Portland Fire Marshal’s Office was subject to a hostile workplace because of his race, a Multnomah County jury found.
