šŸ†šŸ“š BHHS Knowledge Bowl Team Finishes Season on Top! šŸ“ššŸ†
Congratulations to the Brookings-Harbor High School Knowledge Bowl Team for bringing home the championship trophy at the final league tournament in Coquille!
Throughout the regular season, BHHSā€™s top team earned 1st place finishes at every meet against schools including North Bend, Marshfield, Coquille, and Elkton.
At the season-ending tournament, only one varsity team from each school competed. After a full day of matches, Brookings-Harbor and North Bend advanced to the championship round, which ended in a tie. The title was decided in an intense 10-minute tossup and bonus-question tiebreaker ā€” and the Bruins came out on top!
The trophy will be kept here at BHHS until next season. Congratulations to our Knowledge Bowl students and Coach Bonnie Raleigh on an outstanding year of teamwork, quick thinking, and academic excellence!
