-Wellness Tip of the Week: Exercise
Working out comes in many forms. There's training for strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility. But, simply walking a mile or two a day is great exercise - plus it gets you outside! Exercise not only gets you physically fit, but it's a natural way to help decrease depression and anxiety. Yes, exercise reduces stress! Exercise also boosts self-esteem and promotes a more positive self image. 60 minutes of activity on most days will do you good, so go find something you like to do, grab a friend, get outside, and get to it!
