Description
Portland police have closed multiple lanes on the top deck of the Fremont Bridge to respond to a person in crisis and have asked people to find alternate routes, officials said Monday afternoon.
The lanes shut down on the bridge are on the top deck, which carries traffic across the Willamette River from the east side of the city to the west side on Interstate 405.
