Description
The National Weather Service reported an avalanche warning at 6:37 a.m. on Wednesday in effect until Thursday at 5 a.m. for Baker County.
The weather service comments, "Very dangerous avalanche conditions developed last night for the Southern Wallowas. It will be very likely for a backcountry traveler to trigger a large and deadly avalanche today."
