Description
An avalanche warning was reported by the National Weather Service on Thursday at 6:53 p.m. in effect until Friday at 6:30 p.m. for North Oregon Cascades.
The weather service says to expect, "A very dangerous natural avalanche cycle continues as heavy precipitation, rising snow levels, and extreme winds impact the region. Very large natural avalanches are likely and may run long distances into low-elevation canyon runouts."
