Dear Eric: Many decades ago, my brother and his girlfriend had a baby. They split soon after the child’s birth and had no contact afterward. He asked me not to say anything about it to anyone, and to this day I have not. I’m the only person in my family to have had DNA testing, and an “immediate family” connection appeared: my brother’s child, now a successful adult living about an hour from him.

We are super proud of K9 💝Cena 🐕 #tinytiger💝CENA MAKES CAPTURE #50!! While on patrol this evening 💝Cena and I noticed a vehicle with three occupants stopped in the middle of Libby Lane. A man was standing outside the vehicle attempting to hook a tow strip to an already reported, abandoned vehicle. As we pulled up, the vehicle sped away quickly, and the man (outside of the vehicle) fled on foot. A traffic stop was conducted on the suspect vehicle and the driver told the deputy he was just scrapping the abandoned car. The man who fled on foot was identified via occupants of the car revealing he had an outstanding warrant for a weapons offense. The occupants of the vehicle were released with an investigation continuing. K9 💝Cena and I returned to the abandoned vehicle where she tracked the suspect through a LARGE transient camp, through brush, and woods before locating him hiding under ground vegetation. A HUGE thanks to Trooper Varney from the Oregon State Police for covering 💝Cena and I. Thanks also to Deputy Z. Smith for his assistance on perimeter. As always a big shout out to our dispatch center for always looking 👀 out for us!!! Adam & 💝Cena #tinytiger
