Dear Eric: I am the youngest of two sons. When we were children, my brother was the ‘perfect’ child, and I was the backup kid. He got all the love and attention, and I was pretty much ignored. Fast-forward several decades and this is still the case. He is a college dropout, single, now in his 70s, and has never worked a full-time job.
