Dear Eric: A year ago, I had to have a procedure for a brain tumor. A very scary emotional roller coaster event. My best friend of 42 years, said, “Don’t worry; I will be with you every step of the way.”

***Media Release*** Case #: S2026-00409 On March 19, 2026, at 8:18 p.m., a Coos County Sheriff’s Deputy contacted a vehicle trespassing on timber lands off Libby Lane. One of the occupants, Tiana M. Meyer (34) of Coos Bay, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Ms. Meyer was transported to the Coos County Jail on the outstanding warrant, where she was booked and remains in custody. “Police action is not indicative of guilt. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.”
