With the Trail Blazers close to being sold, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver is set to attend a game at Moda Center for the first time since opening night of 2018.

A week after the Oregon Legislature green lit a mechanism that would divert $365 million of taxpayer dollars to help fund a Moda Center renovation, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will make a rare visit to Portland.
