As 2025 comes to a close, we’re reflecting on an incredible year — made possible by you.

The Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is a membership-based, volunteer-powered organization. We don’t receive outside funding. We are here because of you, and we work for you.

With the support of our 450+ members, this year was filled with momentum, milestones, and meaningful connection. One of our proudest accomplishments? BACC brought back the Home & Garden Show — our first time hosting it in over a decade — with Oregon Curb Appeal as our title sponsor and Pony Village Mall as the venue- What a return!

We celebrated ribbon cuttings all across the Bay Area, welcomed new businesses, and strengthened relationships every week at Wednesday Business Connection luncheons. Our signature events — the Annual Awards Banquet, Golf Tournament, Bowling Bash, and Economic Outlook Forum — brought hundreds together to celebrate business, leadership, and community impact.

We proudly continued our commitment to developing future leaders through Leadership Coos, while also standing strong for local business at the state level, where our advocacy made your voice heard on critical issues.

Behind the scenes, our dedicated committees — including Ambassadors, Business Development, Legislative Action, Education & Transportation, and more — worked year-round to drive the Chamber’s mission forward, powered entirely by volunteers who care deeply about our community.

We also launched Platinum Productions (with help from our friends at Motion AI) featuring the debut of Rosey Knows — a fun, behind-the-scenes video series where Executive Director Rosey Thomas rolls up her sleeves with each of our Platinum Sponsors. Think “Dirty Jobs” with a Chamber twist — catch all the episodes now on our YouTube channel!

With over 100,000 website visits annually, 5,000 printed directories distributed, and a searchable online member directory, we’re working every day to spotlight, support, and serve our members — in person and online.
