Description

On 6/1/2025 Lane County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a report of trespassing in the 38000 block of Jasper Lowell Rd. As deputies arrived a male subject later identified as Butler, Jimmy DOB 7/7/1991 ran from the location and required additional resources. Mr. Butler was found hiding in the brush and complied with law enforcement commands once located. Once he was taken into custody and medically cleared Mr. Butler was lodged at the Lane County Adult Corrections Facility on PC charges of Criminal Trespass 2nd degree x2, False Information to a Police Officer, Interfere with Peace Officer and two Eugene Municipal Court warrants.
