Description

David Pearl, 36, was convicted of failing to obey a lawful order for not leaving the building's driveway on June 21, 2025. He was convicted of creating a disturbance by impeding federal officers' arrest of another eight nights later in the driveway of the ICE building.

A 36-year-old man became the first protester to take his case to trial in federal court since demonstrations began last summer outside the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Portland and he lost.
