Description

Citrus-cured Columbia River chinook, spring radish, asparagus and borage flowers grown by chef Juan Gomez' wife, Samanatha Cameron, from a recent meal at Lilia Comedor. The restaurant will move from the South Waterfront to the North Park Blocks next month.

When it comes to the menu at Lilia Comedor, Juan Gomez doesn’t like to sit still. Whether it’s citrus-cured Columbia River chinook scattered with borage flowers, tender fava beans in strawberry sofrito, or the show-stopping tlacoyo — a pre-Hispanic oval of blue corn stuffed with pommes aligot — chances are what you see one week will be gone the next.
