A retired Illinois firefighter and Marine Corps veteran has filed a lawsuit alleging that contaminated raw oysters served at a suburban Chicago steakhouse caused a catastrophic medical emergency that left him with permanent brain injuries and in need of lifelong care, CBS News said.
