The Oregon City boys basketball team hasn’t been to the state tournament at the Chiles Center in six years, but the Pioneers made another strong statement that they deserve to be mentioned among the elite Class 6A teams with a 64-54 win over visiting West Linn Friday.
The victory leaves Oregon City (14-3 overall, 4-0 Three Rivers League) alone in first place in the conference.
