Description
On Monday at 12:40 p.m. an air stagnation advisory was released by the National Weather Service in effect until Tuesday at 4 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.
The weather service adds to prepare for, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
