Description

An air stagnation advisory was released by the National Weather Service on Friday at 12:27 p.m. valid from 10 p.m. until Thursday 4 a.m. for Oregon Lower Treasure Valley as well as Harney, Baker and Malheur counties.

The weather service adds to anticipate, "An extended period of stagnant air, with light winds and little vertical mixing. This is due to an inversion near the surface that will continue to trap pollutants."
